طلب استبدال منتج

I bought this lamp from your shop on Monday. When I switch it on, the light flashes and then goes out. I have checked it in another socket with the same result. I still have the receipt and the original packaging. Could you explain the process for requesting a replacement? I would prefer the same model if one is available.
