In my view, working from home can improve concentration for some tasks. For example, I find it easier to write detailed reports without interruptions. However, this does not mean every activity should be remote. New team members may benefit from meeting colleagues in person. I would therefore support a flexible arrangement based on the work involved. The most useful schedule is one that matches both individual and team needs.
في رأيي، يمكن للعمل من المنزل أن يحسن التركيز في بعض المهام. مثلًا، أجد كتابة التقارير المفصلة أسهل دون مقاطعات. لكن هذا لا يعني أن كل نشاط ينبغي أن يكون عن بُعد. قد يستفيد الموظفون الجدد من لقاء زملائهم وجهًا لوجه. لذلك، أؤيد ترتيبًا مرنًا يعتمد على طبيعة العمل. الجدول الأكثر فائدة هو الذي يلائم احتياجات الفرد والفريق معًا.
