Text and translation
Our manager said that the meeting was starting later than planned. She explained that several colleagues were still travelling. She said that we could use the extra time to review our notes. I told the visitors that there would be a short delay. One visitor said that he needed to leave before four. We passed that information to the manager so she could adjust the agenda.
قال مديرنا إن الاجتماع سيبدأ متأخرًا عن الموعد المخطط. أوضحت أن عدة زملاء ما زالوا في الطريق. قالت إن بإمكاننا استغلال الوقت الإضافي لمراجعة ملاحظاتنا. أخبرت الزوار بأنه سيكون هناك تأخير قصير. قال أحد الزوار إنه يحتاج إلى المغادرة قبل الرابعة. نقلنا هذه المعلومة إلى المديرة لتتمكن من تعديل جدول الأعمال.
