Text and translation
The visitor said that she had enjoyed the practical part of the workshop. She told us that the written instructions were difficult to follow. She suggested adding a simple example at the beginning. I reported her comments without saying that everyone shared her view. Another participant said that he had found the instructions clear. We recorded both responses before deciding what to improve.
