Text and translation

The technician said that he could inspect the printer that afternoon. He told me that we should leave the faulty cartridge beside the machine. He said that a replacement might be necessary. I told the team that someone was coming to investigate. They said that they could use the upstairs printer in the meantime. We agreed to wait for the technician's assessment before ordering anything.
