Text and translation

At the repair centre, donated furniture is inspected before it is accepted. Items that can be repaired are cleaned and labelled. Basic repairs are carried out by trained volunteers. More complex work is assessed by the workshop supervisor. Finished pieces are photographed and added to the centre's catalogue. Local organisations are then invited to request the items they need.
