Omar may not have seen the invitation because it was sent to his old address. He cannot have accepted the updated time if he never received it. His absence does not prove that he has lost interest in the project. He might simply be following the original schedule. We should contact him before assigning his work to somebody else. A missing reply is evidence of uncertainty, not a reliable explanation on its own.
