Text and translation

I agree that shorter meetings can save time, although some issues require detailed discussion. A strict time limit encourages preparation; nevertheless, it should not prevent useful questions. Some updates can be shared in writing, whereas decisions may need a conversation. Despite our different preferences, we all want meetings to have a clear purpose. We could therefore separate routine updates from sessions that require debate. This would preserve time for complex issues without making every meeting longer.
