Text and translation

The lowest quotation is not necessarily the most economical option overall. We also need to consider delivery reliability, maintenance and the clarity of the agreement. Supplier A offers a lower initial price but requires a longer commitment. Supplier B is more expensive, although its schedule is more flexible. If our requirements are likely to change, that flexibility may justify the difference. We should compare both offers using the same assumptions before recommending either one.
