Text and translation
The operations team preferred a gradual introduction of the new process. The training team suggested a single launch date to simplify communication. Both teams agreed that staff should practise before the process becomes compulsory. They did not agree on how long the transition should last. The coordinator will compare the implications of both approaches. A decision will be made after that comparison has been circulated.
