This chart shows the number of enquiries received during the first four weeks of the trial. The largest category concerns access to shared files. Questions about equipment were less frequent but usually took longer to resolve. The chart does not show how satisfied colleagues were with the responses. We would need separate feedback to understand that aspect. For now, the figures help us identify where clearer instructions may be useful.
