The current instructions seem to assume a level of technical knowledge that some new staff do not yet have. Several users asked for explanations of terms that the guide leaves undefined. This may partly explain why otherwise straightforward tasks required additional support. It does not necessarily mean that the guide is unsuitable for more experienced colleagues. A short introductory section could make the same material accessible to a wider audience. Testing that addition with recent recruits would help us judge whether it addresses the difficulty.

يبدو أن التعليمات الحالية تفترض معرفة تقنية لا يمتلكها بعض الموظفين الجدد بعد. طلب عدة مستخدمين شرح مصطلحات لا يعرّفها الدليل. قد يفسر هذا جزئيًا احتياج مهام بسيطة في الأصل إلى دعم إضافي. لا يعني ذلك بالضرورة أن الدليل غير مناسب للزملاء الأكثر خبرة. قد يجعل قسم تمهيدي قصير المادة نفسها مفهومة لجمهور أوسع. سيساعدنا اختبار هذه الإضافة مع موظفين التحقوا حديثًا على معرفة ما إذا كانت تعالج الصعوبة.
