A clear process needs a clear starting point, a clear owner and a clear next step. The repeated word links three related requirements and gives the sentence a deliberate rhythm. The following paragraph should then explain how each requirement applies to the actual problem. Without that explanation, repetition would create emphasis without adding substance. Used sparingly, the pattern can make an important principle memorable. Used throughout a report, it may become predictable and distract from the analysis.
يحتاج الإجراء الواضح إلى نقطة بداية واضحة، ومسؤول واضح، وخطوة تالية واضحة. تربط الكلمة المتكررة بين ثلاثة متطلبات مترابطة وتمنح الجملة إيقاعًا مقصودًا. ينبغي أن تشرح الفقرة التالية كيف ينطبق كل متطلب على المشكلة الفعلية. دون ذلك الشرح، سيخلق التكرار تأكيدًا لا يضيف مضمونًا. إذا استُخدم باعتدال، فقد يجعل النمط مبدأً مهمًا سهل التذكر. وإذا استُخدم في التقرير كله، فقد يصبح متوقعًا ويصرف الانتباه عن التحليل.
