We can retain the current guide, revise the difficult sections or replace the resource entirely. The matching verb forms allow readers to compare the options without first untangling their grammar. If one option were expressed as a noun phrase and another as an extended question, the comparison would become less immediate. Parallel wording does not imply that the options are equally desirable. It gives each option a comparable linguistic form so that its merits can be assessed more fairly. The evaluation can then focus on substance rather than accidental differences in presentation.

يمكننا الإبقاء على الدليل الحالي، أو مراجعة الأقسام الصعبة، أو استبدال المورد بالكامل. تتيح صيغ الأفعال المتطابقة للقراء مقارنة الخيارات دون الحاجة أولًا إلى تفكيك تركيبها النحوي. لو عُبر عن خيار بعبارة اسمية وعن آخر بسؤال مطول، لأصبحت المقارنة أقل مباشرة. لا تعني الصياغة المتوازية أن الخيارات مرغوبة بالقدر نفسه. إنها تمنح كل خيار صيغة لغوية قابلة للمقارنة لتقييم مزاياه بصورة أعدل. يمكن للتقييم عندئذ التركيز على المضمون بدلًا من اختلافات عرض غير مقصودة.
