A participant described the instructions as "a complete waste of time" after being unable to finish the task. A neutral summary could report that the participant found the instructions unhelpful for completing that task. This preserves the negative assessment while avoiding the implication that the resource has no value in any situation. The summary should still make clear that this was one person's response. It would be misleading to turn the comment into an unattributed conclusion about the entire programme. Neutrality concerns how the view is represented, not whether its criticism is allowed to remain visible.
