Text and translation

Some readers described the guide as concise, while others found it incomplete. One explanation is that the groups approached it with different levels of prior knowledge. Another is that they were trying to complete different tasks and therefore needed different details. Neither explanation requires us to label one group as more attentive or capable than the other. Asking what each reader needed at the time would help distinguish the competing accounts. The resulting revision can then respond to the actual use case rather than an assumption about the reader.
