Text and translation

If the weather stays dry, we will hold the workshop outside. If it rains, we will use the community hall instead. We will send everyone a message if the location changes. If more than thirty people register, we will need extra chairs. The coordinator will check the forecast on Friday. If she makes a decision early, volunteers will have time to prepare.
