Text and translation

Our travel coordinator says we have to submit the form today. We should check the names carefully before sending it. We do not have to choose our seats immediately. However, we must keep a copy of the booking confirmation. You should allow enough time to reach the station. If your plans change, you have to inform the coordinator.
